4 navel oranges -- peeled and sliced
2 red apples -- cored and diced
3 cups canned pineapple chunks -- drained
2 cups seedless green grapes
1/3 cup crystalized ginger -- chopped
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar


Several hours before serving, combine fruit in a large bowl. Stir in orange juice, sugar and ginger. Cover and chill, stirring frequently.

Spoon into dessert dishes. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Serves 6

4 medium navel oranges, peeled, sliced and drained (approximately 3 cups) 3 bananas, sliced 1 c sliced strawberries, drained 1 c whipping cream, chilled 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp orange liqueur 1 c grated semisweet chocolate Place fruits in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish or oven proof individual souffle dishes.
