Desserts - Frozen - Frozen Citrus Pie

1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups softed vanilla ice cream
1 tub (8 oz) cool whip (can be lite)
Drop of yellow food coloring
1 prepared crust (graham or Oreo- Your choice)

Prepare your favorite crust. Allow to cool if you bake it. Mix the ice cream with the lemonade and add the food coloring. Fold in the cool whip and pour all of this into the pie crust. Freeze. Will take several hours.

Blueberry Sauce:

2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 heaping tsp corn starch
2 additional cups fresh blueberries

Mix the first 2 cups of berries with the sugar and corn starch. Cook over medium heat until sugar is melted and a sauce forms. Allow to thicken somewhat. Take off of heat once it is the correct consistency. Add 2 further cups of fresh blueberries (uncooked) and mix together. Spoon over the frozen pie as you serve it.
