8 Ripe green or black figs
1 cup Mascarpone cheese -- at room temperature
1/4 cup Honey - (about)


Cut the figs in half or in quarters if large. Place 1/4 cup of the mascarpone on each four plates. Surround the mascarpone with the figs. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

1/3 cup flaked coconut 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind 1/4 cup butter or margarine 4 bananas, cut in halves crosswise 1/2 cup 151 rum Combine coconut, brown sugar and orange rind, mixing well.
