Desserts - Dessert Pizza Recipes

2 rolls of refrig. sugar cookies

2 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 t vanilla

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 T cornstarch

Roll cookie dough in greased pizza pan, cook as directed. Cool.Mix and spread filling over cookie crusts.

Cut up fruit and decorate pizzas. (bananas, peaches, strawberries, kiwi.)

Cook glaze ingredients till thickens. Spread over fruit.

Fresh Fruit Pizza

12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
2 t milk
1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

Spray pizza pan with cooking spray; spread dough evenly in pan & prick with a fork all around. Bake @ 375 7 - 10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.

Mix remaining ingredients until creamy. Spread over cooled, baked cookie. Top with your favorite fruits. bananas, pineapple, pie filling, strawberries, kiwi, etc.

Fruit "Pizza"

1 box Nestle's sugar cookie mix
16 oz softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 T. fruit juice
1 can sliced peaches
1 pkg. unsweetened strawberries sliced
sliced bananas
3 oz apricot preserves
sliced kiwi

Prepare cookie dough according to pkg. instructions. Pat in 12" pizza pan, forming a rim. Bake according to pkg. directions.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, & lemon juice in bowl. Mix well. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit as desired.

Mix apricot preserves with fruit juice and drizzle over fruit. Keep refrigerated until served.

1 pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup powdered sugar 2 tsps grated lemon peel 2 cups fresh strawberries or raspberries 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries 1/4 cup apple jelly, melted Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12 inch pizza pan with nonstick spray. Cut cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices: place on cookie sheet. Press over the bottom of the pan to form an even crust. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 25 minutes. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon peel.

Dough: Flaky croissant dough or any pie dough or frozen puff pastry - enough for 1 (10") puff pastry Pizza Sauce: 1 bag fresh cranberries 1 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 1 t lemon zest Toppings: according to taste strawberries unshelled pistachios prunes, pitted and diced white chocolate, grated For the crust, in the restaurant we use a flaky croissant dough for the crust, but any pie dough or frozen puff pastry will
