Servings: 8 (1/2 cup)

1 Tub (12 oz) light cream cheese product (room temperature)
1 (1.4 oz) box sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
3 Cups skim milk
1 can (20 oz) Lite Cherry Filling**

** The cherry pie filling contains sugar and should be limited by diabetics. If desired, eliminate topping and top individual servings with sugar-free all fruit preserves of choice.

In small mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed to mix ingredients. Add cream cheese. Increase speed and beat until smooth and thickened. Pour into individual or large serving dish. Top with pie filling and refrigerate.

Easy Fruit Shells 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Shells 1 pkg. (about 3 1/2 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix 2 cups milk 2 cups cut-up fresh fruit (banana, strawberries, grapes) Whipped topping or whipped cream Bake pastry shells according to pkg. directions. Cool. Prepare pudding according to pkg. directions. Spoon about 1/3 cup pudding into each pastry shell. Top with fruit. Serve with whipped topping. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time, up to 4 hour. Serves 6

24 low- far graham crackers (about1 box) 2 small sugar-free INSTANT vanilla pudding 3 cups skim milk 1 (12 oz) Cool Whip (thawed, but cold) 1 small sugar-free INSTANT chocolate pudding 1 1/2 cups skim milk Place 8 double crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 pan Mix vanilla pudding with 3 cups skim milk; let sit 2 minutes Gently fold in Cool Whip. Pour half onto layer of graham crackers Place 8 more crackers on top of this Pour remaining pudding over this layer. ,top with 8 more crackers. Mix chocolate pudding with 1 1/2 cups skim milk, let sit
