1 (16 ounce) container extra-creamy plain nonfat yogurt (2 cups)
1 package (4 serving size ) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
6 paper cups (3 ounce size)
6 wooden ice-cream sticks


Beat yogurt and pudding and pie filling (dry) with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Spoon into six 3-ounce paper cups; insert wooden ice-cream sticks in center of yogurt mixture in each cup.

2 bananas -- chopped 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 (3.4 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix 1 (8 oz) package frozen whipped topping -- thawed 12 (5 oz) paper cups 20 vanilla wafers -- crumbled 12 wooden craft sticks Toss together chopped bananas and lemon juice. Prepare pudding according to package. directions; fold in whipped topping and banana. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each paper cup. Sprinkle with vanilla wafer crumbs, and top evenly with remaining pudding mixture. Insert a craft stick in center of each cup; freeze until firm.
