Desserts - Caramel Apples Dessert
8 ounces cream cheese1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
3 cups chopped Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples
1 cup chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; add apples and pecans. Place in refrigerator until cold.
Can be served as is as a dessert in a pretty serving dish or over angel food cake.

1 apple per person, cut into bite size chunks 1 block of cream cheese 1 bag of Kraft caramels. Unwrap the caramels and place into a heavy crock bowl. Place in the microwave and heat on high for one minute. Stir and repeat until the caramels are melted. Take care not to burn them. Then add in the cream cheese and stir until combined. Spoon over the apples in the bowls.

1 apple per person, cut into bite size chunks 1 block of cream cheese 1 bag of Kraft caramels. Unwrap the caramels and place into a heavy crock bowl. Place in the microwave and heat on high for one minute. Stir and repeat until the caramels are melted. Take care not to burn them. Then add in the cream cheese and stir until combined. Spoon over the apples in the bowls.
