Desserts - Blueberry Yum Yum

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine -- softened
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 (12 oz) carton frozen whipped topping -- thawed
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese -- softened
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
4 cups fresh blueberries

Stir together first 4 ingred. with a fork until crumbly. Press into a lightly greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Beat whipped topping, cream cheese and powdered sugar at med. speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon over prepared crust. Cover and chill.

1 stick margarine (1/2 cup) 1-1/4 cups flour 2 Tbl. sugar 1 (6 serving size-large) pkg. vanilla pudding 1-3/4 cups milk 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine margarine, flour and sugar and press into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes; cool slightly.Prepare pudding with milk and spread over crust. Then spread pie filling over pudding layer. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Chill for at least 2 hours.
