1 Envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1 Stick Butter (1/4 lb.), Softened


MIX salad dressing mix and butter until well blended. Serve with corn, hot cooked vegetables or hot pasta.

1/2 t pepper 2 T parsley 4 T country style Dijon mustard 4 t prepared horseradish 4 ears of corn on the cob, husked Mix together salt, pepper, parsley, mustard and horseradish. Add enough softend margarine to make a paste. Roll each ear of corn in paste. Wrap in Reynold's wrap. Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

1 large poblano chili or other fresh mild green chili (about 6 ounces) 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Roast chili over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Wrap in paper bag and let stand 10 minutes. Peel, seed and coarsely chop chili. Blend butter in processor until smooth. Add chili, cilantro and lime juice and puree, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of work bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 3 days ahead; chill.)
