Dairy - Pineapple Cheese Ball

Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple. (drained and squeeze juice out)
1/4 to 1/2 finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped onion-optional
1/4/to1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans.


Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.Chill about 10 minutes, then form into ball and roll in 1 cup of pecans. Serve with vegetable thins or townhouse crackers.

1 - 15 oz. round Brie cheese 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 T. cognac or pure maple syrup Fresh fruit Assorted crackers Place Brie on a pie plate. Cover with nuts. Serve the warm Brie immediately and garnish with fresh fruit such as white grapes and assorted berries if available. Serve with assorted crackers or French bread.

8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, coarsely grated 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese with Jalapene, coarsely grated 2 Tablespoons coarsely grated onion 1 (7 ounces) jar diced pimientoes, drained 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and chopped, (optional) 4 tablespoons mayonnaise Pepper sauce to taste Combine cheeses, onion, pimientos and jalapeno in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise. Stir together well and add pepper sauce to taste.Serve with your favorite crackers.
