Dairy - Cheese - Homemade Boursin

4 tbls. softened butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. each of your favorite finely chopped fresh herbs (oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil, etc.)
1 tbs. finely chopped parsley
a splash of white wine.


Combine all ingredients and allow to meld for at least 24 hours before using.

1 stick oleo 8 slices Swiss cheese 1 tbsp. flour 1 cup milk, heated Caraway or dill seed Melt oleo and cheese over low heat, stirring constantly. Add flour and milk. Cook until smooth. Add caraway or dill seed as desired. This is good on party rye bread or homemade bread.
