2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 oz. Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. pimento
1 Tbsp. green pepper
1 Tbsp. onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of salt
pecans (to roll in)


Combine all ingredients. Makes 2 cheese balls.
