Dairy - Cheddar Cheese Ball By Marylou
2 tablespoons chopped gerkins
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tspn curry powder
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4oz chopped cooked ham
1 finely grated onion
1 packet onion soup mix
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tspn lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Grate cheese into a bowl.Add first seven ingredients and mix.Stir in sauce, mayonnaise and lemon juice, then add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Shape mixture into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.Chill until firm.
