2 sticks butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Spread over warm or cooled slice of Applesauce Loaf.

Heavy CreamPour cream into a jar and shake for a very very long time. It will eventually become little lumps of butter. Drain liquid (save liquid for making cream-based soups)Form butter into a lump. Under cold running water, knead butter gently for 5 minutes.Note: Salt can be kneaded into butter, if desired.
