Crock_pot - Pineapple Chicken

3 Chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
Pepper
Paprika
1 fresh pineapple cut into slices
2 tb Mustard; Dijon-style


Pineapple should be sliced into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Dip chicken in mustard so it coats. Make sure some mustard gets on all chicken pieces. Layer chicken and pineapple. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours

3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 bottle Seven Seas Robust Italian Dressing 1 lb bag egg noodles 4 oz sour cream -- divided 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour dressing over them. Cover and cook on LOW 7 hours or on HI 3-1/2 hours.* Remove chicken from crockpot and leave turned on. Add 1/2 the sour cream and stir until dissolved. Cook noodles separately and drain. Add remaining sour cream and the Parmesan cheese to noodles and mix until dissolved. Serve chicken over the noodles. Pour warm Italian dressing sauce over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan

3-4 lbs (more or less) chicken pieces 1/4 lb butter 1 cup chicken stock 2 cups orange juice 1 cup raisins (I like sultanas better) 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 Tbs flour salt and pepper to taste Heat butter in a large skillet, and brown chicken. Remove chicken to cooker as they brown. Combine all other ingredients, except flour, in skillet. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover pot, turn on low and cook 4-6 hrs, or until chicken is tender.
