Crock_pot - Classic Pork Roast

2-3 pound pork roast
1 (12 oz) can Coke Classic®
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup minced onion
2 teaspoons garlic powder


Cook 6-8 hours in a crockpot.

Cut up meat and return to juices for 1 hour before eating.

Can also be cooked in the oven for about 3 hours at 350° F. then slice meat and put back in juices and bake about 20-30 minutes.
