Crock_pot - Chicken - Italian Chicken And Potatoes

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or mix basil, oregano, crushed red pepper and garlic powder to equal same)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges


Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the Italian dressing, spices and the grated cheese. Put the potatoes on top or around the chicken. Sprinkle with the rest of the dressing, spices and cheese. Cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours, or until the chicken and potatoes are tender.

4 boneless chicken breasts 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix 1/2 cup water 8 ounces cream cheese 1 (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup4 ounces caned mushrooms, drained Place chicken in a crockpot. Combine dressing mix with 1/2 cup of water. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 3 hours. In a bowl mix together soup and cream cheese. Stir in mushrooms. Stir into chicken and cook 1 more hour or until chicken is done. Serve over egg noodles, rice or with mashed potatoes.
