Crock_pot - Burbon Baked Beans

4 (16 OZ. cans) Boston baked beans
3/4 tea dry mustard
1 cup chili sauce (like catsup, only spicier)
1 Tbl. molasses
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup strong coffee
1 (16 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
4 Tbls. brown sugar


Stir ingredients together in a crockpot and cook covered on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. A half hour or so before serving turn cooker to high and remove cover to steam off excess liquid. Serves 6 to 8

2 pounds kidney beans 1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup molasses 6 teaspoons dry mustard 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 meduim onion, chopped salt pork 4 1/2 cups boiling water Rinse dry beans in cold water. Place in a large bowl and cover with 2" of cold water. Let soak overnight in refrigerator. Drain and rinse beans. Place in a large crockpot with remaining ingredients. Cook on high 12 - 14 hours or low 24 hours or until beans are soft and juice is thick. Stir occasionally. Check to make sure there is enough water after 6 hours, not to
