Crock_pot - Braciole In Crock-pot

2-1/2 lb. round steak
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt

Trim excess fat from steak and cut into 6 to 8 pieces; pound until thin and easy to roll.

In skillet or microwave brown sausage; drain well and combine with parsley, oregano, cheese, garlic, onion and salt; mix well. Spread evenly on steak pieces; roll up, jelly roll fashion and tie (or secure with toothpicks). Stack in crock-pot.

1 (16 oz.) can Italian-style tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. dried oregano

Pour over meat rolls; cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours. Serve over spaghetti.

1 small head cabbage 1 lb. hamburger 1 small onion, minced 1/3 c. rice, uncooked 1 can tomato soup 1 can water Chop cabbage into large pieces and place in crockpot. Brown hamburger and onion; pour off fat. Add rice to hamburger and stir until rice turns clear. Put rice and hamburger on top of cabbage. Cover with tomato soup mixed with 1 soupcan of water. Cook on low all day.

1 (12 oz.) can beer 1 envelop onion soup mix 1 envelop brown gravy mix 1-1/2 to 3 lbs. round steak, cut into 1-1/2" cubes 1/3 c. flour In a slow cooker, mix beer, onion soup mix and brown gravy mix. In a plastic bag, shake flour and steak. Empty bag contents into slow cooker. Stir to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
