Crock_pot - Beef In Beer

1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 envelop onion soup mix
1 envelop brown gravy mix
1-1/2 to 3 lbs. round steak, cut into 1-1/2" cubes
1/3 c. flour

In a slow cooker, mix beer, onion soup mix and brown gravy mix.

In a plastic bag, shake flour and steak. Empty bag contents into slow cooker. Stir to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

2 lb. lean ground beef 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 tsp. salt 6 medium potatoes 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 cup light cream 1/4 cup finely chopped onions In large skillet or crock-pot with browning unit, brown beef; break up large chunks with fork. Pour off excess fat. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, onion, and undiluted soup. Peel and slice potatoes. In crock pot arrange alternate layers of potatoes and meat, with potatoes on bottom. Pour soup mixture over. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Turn control to high. Pour cream over all; cover
