Crock_pot - Beef - Crockpot German Beef Stew

1 1/2 lbs beef chuck, cut in 2" cubes
2 tablesoons flour
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can (16 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1 large potato, cut into chunks
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup dark molasses
1 cup water

Place beef in slow cooker (crockpot). In a small bowl combine flour, celery salt, garlic powder, ground ginger, and pepper; sprinkle over beef. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, sherry, molasses, and water; pour over beef. Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. If desired, add 1/4 cup raisins 30 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 6.

16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese 1 onion, chopped 1 (3-ounce) package sliced pepperoni 2/3 box rigatoni, cooked and drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cans pizza sauce 1 can mushrooms, drained (optional) Using about half of each ingredient listed above, alternate the ingredients in layers in a 4 quart or larger crock pot in the following order: hamburger, rigatoni, cheese, soup, mushrooms, onion, pizza sauce and pepperoni. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Heat for 4 hours on low heat. Can add anything you like on your pizzas: i.e., substitute half sausage and half hamburger; or all sausage;

2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce 3 tbsp. dry minced onion 3 tbsp. Italian seasoning Pinch of garlic powder 1/2 c. pre-cooked ground beef 2 to 3 oz. dry spaghetti In crock pot, mix first 5 ingredients. Cook on low for all day, high for half a day. (note: Raw beef can be used, but sauce will be "fattier".) No more than an hour before serving, boil spaghetti according to package directions, drain and rinse. Mix into spaghetti sauce. Note: The spaghetti will absorb the sauce and swell over time. It will still taste good. Serves 3 people.
