Crock_pot - Bbq Beef Sandwiches

1 beef roast
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce

3 lbs.chuck arm roast 1 cup celery chopped 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup ketsup 1 1/2 tablespoons BBQ sauce 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar 1/2 tsp. hot sauce 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon salt 1 cup water Combine all ingredients, and crockpot 6 hours. I remove the meat and shred it, and put it back in the sauce. Serve on small dinner rolls.

1 (16 oz) can Pork & beans 1 (16 oz) can Kidney beans, drained 1 (16 oz) can Butter beans, drained 1 C onion, chopped fine 1 clove garlic, minced 3/4 C catsup 1/2 C light molasses 1/4 C brown sugar 1 T Worcester sauce 1 T mustard 1/4 t pepper Mix together and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 375 degrees or in crockpot on high setting for 1 hour. VARIATIONS: * Place raw strips of bacon over top of beans before baking. * Brown 1 lb hamburger with the onions in the recipe and drain.
