Crock_pot - Baby Back Ribs

1/4 cup Spicy Chili Rub
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
4 racks (1 lb. each) baby back ribs
1/4 cup favorite barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce

Spicy Chili Rub:
1 tbl. ground black pepper
1 tbl. ground white pepper
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbl. chili powder
2 tbl. ground cumin
2 tbl dark brown sugar
1 tbl. ground oregano
4 tbl. paprika
2 tbl salt
1 tbl. granulated sugar

Mix spice blend and store covered in the refrigerator.

For ribs: combine spicy blend and brown sugar; rub on ribs. Curl racks of ribs, meaty side out, standing upright on thick ends in 5-6 qt. Slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours, or on High for 3 to 31/2 hours, or until meat is very tender.

Remove ribs to cutting board. Let rest for 5 minutes and brush with barbecue or sweet and sour sauce.

Serves 4-6.

6-8 lbs of pork 3/4 cup Worcestershire 2 T sugar 1 cup vinegar 2 T salt 2 tsp black pepper 16 oz crushed tomatoes small rollsCook pork in crockpot until it falls apart. Remove fat and bone. Shred. Place back in crock. Put in all other ingredients. Stir and cook on low for several hours.
