Crock_pot - All Day Macaroni And Cheese
8 oz elbow macaroini, cooked and drained4 c shredded sharp cheddar,divided
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

2 cups (8 ounces) elbow macaroni 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional) 1/4 teaspoon salt Pinch of freshly ground pepper 1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese, sliced 1/2 cup evaporated milk or buttermilk Cook macaroni in boiling water for 4 minutes; drain. Return to pot and toss with margarine, onion powder, salt and pepper. Make 2 layers each macaroni and cheese in crock. Pour milk over all. Cover and bake 3 hours on Low or 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours on High, or until hot. Serve from crock. Makes 6 crusty servings.

2 stalks celery sliced 4 lamb shank 2 medium onions chopped 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon dry rosemary 1 bay leaf 1 cup carrots shredded 1 (15 to 16 ounce) can navy beans rinsed and drained In crockpot, stir together all but carrots and beans. Cook on high 4-6 hours, low for 10-12 hours, or until lamb is fork tender. Just before serving, stir in carrots and beans. Cover and continue cooking 6-8 minutes until heated through. Ladle into bowls.
