Cookies - With Iron - Krumkake

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 cups heavy whipping cream
3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsps. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbl. vanilla extract

Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add whipping cream. Add dry ingredients slowly, blending well. Wheh krumkake iron is hot, put 1 teaspoon of batter on the iron and bake until light brown. Roll on stick immediately when krumkake is still hot.

Store in a cool dry container.

3 cups pretzel sticks 4 cups wheat Chex 4 cups Cheerios 1 can (13 oz.) salted peanuts 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup melted butter Mix together pretzels, cereals, and peanuts in large mixing bowl or slow cooking pot. Sprinkle with garlic salt, celery salt, seasoned salt and cheese. Pour melted butter over all. Toss until well mixed. Cover and cook in crockpot on low 3 to 4 hours. Uncover the last 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 3 quarts.

6 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup butter -- melted and cooled 1 1/2 cups flour -- sifted 1/4 cup cold water Add sugar to eggs, beat until light, but do not overbeat. Stir in vanilla, cooled butter, and flour. Add the cold water. Mix well. Preheat both sides of Krum-Kaka iron. Drop a teaspoon full of batter in center of iron.
