Cookies - No-bake - Coconut Uncooked Cookies

3 cup oatmeal
1 and 1/2 cups coconut
6 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

In a very large bowl mix together the first four ingredients.

In a heavy bottomed pot mix sugar, butter and milk over medium heat. Boil five minutes, take off heat, cool slightly and add vanilla, blending thoroughly. Pour, while stirring, into other ingredients.

Drop by large spoonfuls on greased aluminum foil or waxed paper, allow to chill.

40 squares Honey Maid Honey Grahams (2 sleeves) 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 (10-ounce) package Jet-Puffed Marshmallows 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips 2 teaspoons colored sprinkles Break grahams into bite-size pieces; set aside. Heat butter or margarine in large saucepan over medium heat until melted. Add marshmallows, stirring constantly until melted. Stir broken grahams into marshmallow mixture to coat evenly. Spread mixture into lightly greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips and colored sprinkles, pressing lightly with greased hands. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares. Store in airtight container.

1/3 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. corn syrup 1/3 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. uncooked oatmeal Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, milk and corn syrup in a heavy pan. Set on medium heat and bring to a rolling boil. Boil one to two minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, margarine and vanilla. Stir until margarine has melted. Add oats. Stir. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Makes about 40 cookies.
