Cookies - Marble Bars

125g. (4 ozs.) Copha -- white vegetable shortening
250g. (8 ozs.) Packet pink and white marshmallows
4 cups Rice Bubbles
1/2 cup Nestlè Chocolate Bits

Place Copha and marshmallows in a saucepan, place over a low heat and stir until melted. (This mixture will not blend together.)

Place Rice Bubbles and chocolate in a bowl. Add the melted Copha mixture and stir to combine. Press mixture firmly into a foil-lined 19cm x 29cm (8" x 12") shallow cake tin. Place in refrigerator to set. Cut into bars. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

1/4 c. margarine or butter 1 7 1/2-oz jar Marshmallow Fluff 5 cups crispy rice cereal Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add Marshmallow Fluff and cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add crispy rice cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cut into squares when cool. Yield: 24 squares, 2 x 2 inches. Microwave Marshmallow Fluff Treats: Place Fluff and margarine in 2 1/2 qt. microwave safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH

2 T Blue Bonnet Margarine 3 c Marshmallows 1 pk Honey Made Honey Grahams, coarsely chopped 1/2 c Seedless raisins 1/2 c Chopped dry roasted peanuts In large saucepan over low heat, melt margarine. Add marshmallows; stir until melted. Remove from heat; stir in graham crackers, raisins and peanuts. Spread mixture into greased 9x9" baking pan. Cool 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 18 bars. Store in airtight container. Makes 18 bars.
