Cookies - Low Fat Breakfast Cookies
1/3 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup wheat bran
large pinch baking soda
large pinch baking powder
1/6 cup water
some honey (just a few squirts in a spoon)
half a handful of dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix flour, bran, soda, and powder together in a cereal bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Consistency should be about like cookies, where you can drop them by the spoonful on a non-stick pan. A little more liquidy works too (so they spread slightly after being dropped). Bake at 350 about 12-15 minutes.
