Cookies - Fudgy Brownies...mixed In One Saucepan

Fudgy Brownies

1 9 x 13 pan
1 cup butter
3/4 cup baking cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Melt the butter in a 2 qt. saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat, add the cocoa and stir until well-blended. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the flour, vanilla and salt; stir just until combined. Stir in chips and nuts.

Spread the batter in a greased 9x13" pan; bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped 1 3/4 cups sugar 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 large eggs, beaten to blend 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350degrees F. Butter 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate in heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth. Mix in 1 3/4 cups sugar and espresso powder. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in large bowl.

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup warm water 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup white sugar 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 2 egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8"x8"x2" baking pan. In a large bowl, stir together cocoa and water and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in oil, white sugar, brown sugar, egg whites and vanilla. Add baking powder, salt and flour and stir for 2 minutes. Fold in nuts,
