Cookies - Fruity O's

1 pkg. (3 oz.) fruit flavored gelatin (whatever flavor you like)
2 Tblsp. butter
1/3 cup light corn syrup
4 cups Cheerios cereal

Butter a 9-inch square pan.

In large saucepan blend gelatin (dry mix), corn syrup and butter. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in Cheerios until well coated. Pour into buttered pan and press down with back of a buttered spoon. Cool in refrigerator 30 minutes, then cut into squares.

1 1/2 cups sugar 1/3 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 1 stick butter or margarine -- (1/2 cup) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 to 3 cups quick cooking oats 1/2 cup peanut butter Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add oatmeal, vanilla, and peanut butter. Stir well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Let set until hardened. Can store at room temp. or in the fridge.

Butter or margarine 1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces 1/4 cup light corn syrup 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 3 cups crisp rice cereal frosting, if you like Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Grease the waxed paper with butter or margarine. Melt the chocolate pieces with the corn syrup and butter in the microwave, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 minute or until chocolate and butter are melted, stirring once. Add the cereal to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir with wooden spoon until the cereal is evenlycoated with chocolate. Turn the mixture out onto the prepared cookie sheet. Pat it
