Cookies - Formed Cookies Walnut Frosties
Cookie Dough:2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
Cookie Dough: Blend all ingredients at low speed. Shape into 1" balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Make a depression in each cookie. Fill each cookie with the topping and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup granulated sugar Pinch salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 cup sifted cake flour 24 walnut halves With electric mixer at medium speed, thoroughly mix butter with sugar, salt and vanilla until very light and fluffy.
