Cookies - Formed Cookies Mexican Wedding By Connie

1 cup butter (please no subs)
4 Tbls. confectioners' sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are nice)
1 teas. vanilla

Combine all in mixing bowl. Take up a small amount of dough into your hands and roll into little balls. (about the size
of a walnut) Bake 18 to 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove from cookie sheet and roll or sprinkle balls in
additional powdered sugar while still hot.

Add about 1/2 theflour, the sugar, vanilla and 1 TBL water. Beat until thoroughly combined. Beat in remaining flour. Stir in pecans. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 20 min or untilbottoms are LIGHTLY browned. Cool cookies on a wire rack. Gently shake cooled cookies in
