2 eggs1 1/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup dark chocolate melts halved
1/2 cup white chocolate bits
Preheat oven 200c. Grease two oven trays.
Place eggs and sugar in large bowl of mixer. Beat on high for 1 minute or until mixture is pale brown. Scraping the sides. Sift both flours and soda into egg mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Stir to mix together. Place spoonfuls into hands roll into balls. Place on trays. 6cm apart. Flatten balls with hands or fork. Bake 10 minutes or until browned. Cool on tray 5 minutes before removing with a spatula to cooling rack.
