Cookies - Drop Cookies Whole Wheat Molasses Cookies

1/2 cp nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp bakin powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cp shortening
3/4 cp molasses
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 cp plus 2 Tblap whole wheat flour
1/2 cp raisins

Sift together first 4 ingredients and set aside. In another bowl cream together the shortening, molasses, and vanilla; add eggs and blend well.

Add sifted ingredients anad whole wheat flour; stir until thoroughly mixed.. Add raisins (these can be left whole or chopped or ground).
