Cookies - Drop Cookies Poppy Seed Cookies

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup poppy seeds
1 teaspoon orange peel
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Stir in poppy seeds.
Combine orange peel with sugar and eggs. Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in oil and vanilla. Stir
into flour mixture.

Break off balls of batter (about 1 t) and place on cookie sheet that has been buttered and floured or lined with
parchment paper. Press cookies very flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10 minutes in preheated 350

1/2 lb. Margarine 1 cup Sugar 2 tsp. Vanilla 3 1/2 cups sifted Flour 1 pkg. (6 to 8 oz.) Potato Chips (crushed in bag) 3/4 cups chopped Pecans (optional) Powdered Sugar Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Blend in flour - add crushed potato chips. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Leave on cookie sheet 5 minutes before removing. Cool - roll in powdered sugar.

1 pkg. (21.2 oz.) Fudge Brownie Mix 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil 2 lg. Eggs 1 c. White chocolate morsels (or whatever's on hand) 1. Combine 1st 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in morsels. 2. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets. 3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Cool on pan for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
