Cookies - Drop Cookies Outrageous Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter flavored Crisco
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips


Preheat oven to 350. (I recommend baking at 325-350 and watching; take out before completely set.)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by tablespoon (I used large tablespoons)onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen

Ingredients: 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the melted chocolate and then add the eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Sprinkle the baking soda over mixture and blend in. Blend in flour. Stir in all the chips. The dough will be soft and sticky. Place dough by rounded tablespoons 1" apart

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts.
