Cookies - Drop - Anzac Biscuits By Cowgirl

1/2 c flour
1/3 c sugar
2/3 c coconut
3/4 c rolled oats
50 gr butter
1 tbsp. golden syrup
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tbsp. boiling water


Mix flour, sugar, coconut, oats. Melt butter and syrup together. Dissolve soda in water and add to butter-syrup mix. Stir butter mix into dry ingredients. Place level tablespoonsful onto cold greased trays. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for about 15 minutes until golden. Cool on racks.
