Cookies - Drop - Anzac Biscuits By Cowgirl

1/2 c flour
1/3 c sugar
2/3 c coconut
3/4 c rolled oats
50 gr butter
1 tbsp. golden syrup
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tbsp. boiling water

Mix flour, sugar, coconut, oats. Melt butter and syrup together. Dissolve soda in water and add to butter-syrup mix. Stir butter mix into dry ingredients. Place level tablespoonsful onto cold greased trays. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for about 15 minutes until golden. Cool on racks.

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in egg and vanilla. Combine other dry ingredients, then add to batter and blend well. Stir in cheese, apples, and nuts. Drop in rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet, then cool
