1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt
3 oz melted unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c soft shortening
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp granulated sugar replacement or fructose
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pkg. Betty Crockers Supreme Brownies w/ Hersheys Syrup, cooked in a 13x9 pan according to pkg. Directions; cool thoroughly. Frosting:1/4 cup margarine1/4 cup cocoa1/2 of a 1 lb. box powdered sugar3 1/2 tbl. milk1/2 tsp. vanillaMelt margarine in a saucepan. Add cocoa; heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly. Take off heat. Add powdered sugar alternately with the milk. Beat to spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla. Frost brownies. Store in refrigerator.* For an extra treat, frost with about 1 cup peanut butter, then with the fudge frosting.
