4- 1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 & 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350*. Grease 13 x 9 OR 15 x 10 x 1 pan.

Melt chocolate and margarine together over low heat. Beat into chocolate mixture the sugar, then eggs, one at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and stir into chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick tests done, but Do not overbake. When cool dust with powdered sugar or frost with frosting.

2 to 3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 to 1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine
dash salt

Add a little milk or evaporated milk to make of spreading consistency.

1 stick unsalted butter 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, broken in pieces 1-3/4 cups dark brown sugar Pinch of salt 2 t. vanilla extract 3 eggs 1 cup flour 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, begin melting the butter. When it is half melted, add the chocolate. Remove from heat and stir until the butter and chocolate are completely melted. Stir in the sugar, salt, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Stir in the flour until well-combined. Mix in the chocolate
