1/2 cup butter -- melted1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Frosting:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup confectioner's sugar
milk for thinning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Add in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter in an 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 33 minutes. Do not overcook.
To make frosting: combine above ingredients, you may need a little milk to thin it out so its creamy. Spread on brownies while still hot.
