Cookies - Bisquick Mix Brownies

1 (12-ounce) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
1/4 cup butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
2 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 (10 ounce) container ready to spread chocolate frosting

Combine chocolate morsels and butter in a microwave safe bowl; microwave at high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Stir in condensed milk and next 3 ingredients.

Spoon into a greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 24 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Spread on chocolate frosting while the brownies are still warm.

4 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 C unsalted butter 2 C sugar 4 eggs 1 C black bean puree 2 T finely ground espresso 1 C chopped walnuts (optional) Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13x9x2 pan. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Beat eggs, one at a time, into the sugar. Slowly add chocolate butter mixture and beat until well incorporated. Beat in bean puree and espresso. Fold in the walnuts. Pour batter into pan, smooth top. Bake for 45 minutes for moist brownies; 50-55 minutes for cakier brownies. Cool completely.

1/3 cup shortening (Crisco or something similar) 2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate (really good chocolate makes a difference. Bakers is fine but best with Ghiardelli or something exotic like that.) 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup flour1 tsp. vanillachopped nuts, optionalMelt the shortening and chocolate (microwave, if desired). Beat in sugar and eggs. In another bowl mix together salt, baking powder and flour; add to egg mixture.Stir in vanilla. You can also add chopped nuts if you want to. This makes a pretty gooey batter--you will have to spread
