Chili - Vegetable Turkey Chili

1 tbs. oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 jalapeno chile pepper, chopped
1 minced garlic clove
1 pd ground turkey
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 medium zucchini cut lengthwise and sliced
1/4 cup chili sauce (I just use bar-b-que sauce)
1 can stewed tomatoes or whole
1 can crushed tomatoes undrained
1 can chili beans ( I use pinqinto's)
1 can black beans
1 can whole kernal corn
red and green peppers optional (but very good)

heat oil in dutch oven or large saucepan over medium high heat until hot. Add onion, chile pepper, garlic, turkey, chili powder, cumin, oregano and peppers.

Cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink. Add remaning ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until flavors blend.
