Casseroles - Vegetable - Sweet Potato Supreme

3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes or use a 40 oz. can of sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine, melted (1/2 cube)
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 2/3 Tb. (1/3 cube) margarine (melted)


Mix mashed potatoes, beaten eggs, granulated sugar, salt, melted margarine, milk and vanilla together. Put in a 1 1/2 quart dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, nuts and margarine. Sprinkle on top. Freeze, if desired. Thaw. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
