Casseroles - Vegetable Corn

1 can cream corn
2 Tbls. flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbls. sugar
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tea. salt
2 Tbls. butter (dot on top)

Mix all ingred. except butter and place in 1 quart casserole. Dot with the little pieces of butter.

2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn 1 Pkg. Mahatma yellow rice (single size) 1 stick margarine 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350° F.Prepare rice according to pkg. directions, put rice in a deep casserole dish. Add margarine; stir until melted. Add corn, and soup. Add 1 cup (or more) of sharp cheese. Combine mixture well. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven sprinkle more cheese on top and a little paprika for color.

2 (12-ounce) Cans white corn 1 (16-ounce) can French style green beans, drained 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup celery 1/4 cup chopped pepper 3/4 cup grated sharp cheese 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place in a greased 13" x 9" oven-proof dish. Heat in 350 degree oven until heated through.
