1 pound mild bulk pork sausage
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups boiling water
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, finely minced and seeded
1 (6-1/4-ounce) package quick-cooking long grain and wild rice mix

2 cups rice (not instant) 1 large onion, chopped 3/4 stick butter (or more to taste) 2 cans condensed beef consomme 1 cup water 1 clove garlic sprinkle of oregano Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
