2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni -- cooked1 Dash pepper
New York State cheese to suit your taste
Butter
Milk to cover
Grease a 2-quart baking dish or casserole.
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water; drain well. Pour into baking dish; dice up the cheese, and stir in with a lump of butter and a dash of pepper. Add enough milk to cover. Bake at 375 F. for 1 hour.
