Casseroles - Pasta - American Spaghetti
8 oz. cooked spaghetti1 (14-oz) can tomatoes with Italian seasoning
1 can Campbell’s tomato soup
1/4 LB butter
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1 LB fresh sliced onions
1/2 tsp. oregano
l large green pepper, chopped
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese or cheddar and jack mixed
In a saucepan, simmer tomatoes in soup for a few minutes. Sauté garlic, green pepper and onion in 2 TBS of the butter. Add this to the sauce and simmer 15 minutes more. Sauté mushrooms and oregano in the rest of butter.
In greased casserole, put 1/2 of the spaghetti, 1/2 of the sauce, 1/2 of the mushrooms, 1/2 of the cheese. Then layer again, ending with the sauce. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water; drain well. Pour into baking dish; dice up the cheese, and stir in with a lump of butter and a dash of pepper. Add enough milk to cover. 2 1/2 cups elbow macaroni -- cooked 1 Dash pepper New York State cheese to suit your taste Butter Milk to cover Grease a 2-quart baking dish or casserole. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water; drain well. Pour into baking dish; dice up the cheese, and stir in with a lump of butter and a dash of pepper. Add enough milk to cover. Bake at 375 F. for 1 hour. Serves 4-6

Drain Peel and chop onions. Melt butter with oil in glass baking dish. Add onions, rice and salt and mix to coat. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-60 mins stirring occasionally until rice is tender and onions are golden. Add cream, cheese, salt and pepper and lemon juice to taste.
