Sour Cream Chili Bake

1 pound Ground beef
1 can Pinto beans, drained (15 oz)
1 can Enchilada sauce (10 oz)
1 can Tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 cup Shredded cheddar or american cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 cup Water
4 cups Corn chips
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar or American cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Transfer meat to crock pot. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup of cheese, onion and 1 cup of water.

Enchilada Casserole1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp shortening 2 tbsp chili powder 6 tbsp flour garlic salt and pepper to taste 1 qt water 12 corn tortillas 1 1/2 c chopped onion 1 1/2 c grated longhorn cheese Braise ground beef in shortening. Add chili, flour and other seasonings. Cook 5 more minutes. Add wawter and bring toa boil. Cook 8 to 10 min. Dip tortillas in hot deep fat. Build up alternate layers of tortillas, onion, cheese and chili in an 8inch deep casserole. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 min. until bubbly. 6 servings.
