Casseroles - Beef - The Amish Wasday Casserole
3 lbs. ground beef2 cans of mushroom soup (cream)
9 slices of bacon
3 cups cooked spaghetti
3 onions (sliced)
1 qt. tomato juice
3 cups of sliced potatoes
1 lb. chedder cheese
3 cups of sliced celery
Brown the beef and the onions in a pan, drain and pour in bottom of casserole dish.
Layer the potatoes, celery and spaghetti. Pour the cans of mushroom soup over the mixture.
Fry the bacon and cut into small pieces and put on top.
Pour tomato juice over the bacon and then sprinkle the cheese over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

1 pkg. tube-shaped noodles 1 lb.ground beef 1 jar spaghetti Sauce Shredded Mozarella cheese Cook the noodles according to package directions. Brown the ground beef and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drain grease. Place cooked noodles in baking dish. Spoon ground beef over noodles. Pour spaghetti sauce over ground beef.
