Casseroles - Beef - Tater Tot Casserole
2 lbs. ground chuck ( brown and drain well)3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream soup (such as celery or mushroom)
3 cans milk
2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
Tater Tots. ( used a 2 lb. bag)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Blend soup and milk together, mix well. Mix creamed soup and dry soup with the ground beef. Put into a large casserole dish.
Layer the tater tots all over the top, then push down into the beef mixture.
Bake at 375º till bubbly. Do not add salt, as soup will take care of it.
